The whole vehicle is equipped with industrial-grade Fuva three-axle, and adopts high-precision forging process to stiffly support the body and accurately transmit dynamic torque, which improves the bearing performance by 25% to ensure stable operation under complex conditions.
The roof/bottom plate adopts 10mm + high-strength manganese steel double-layer stamping structure. The layout is optimized by finite element analysis. While the repair mass is reduced by 10%, the compressive strength reaches more than 800MPa, taking into account the needs of light weight and heavy load.
